MEET THE LEADERSHIP
BEHIND FORT LAUDERDALE UNITED BASKETBALL
We’re not building just another basketball club. We’re building a player-development program led by experienced coaches, former collegiate athletes, educators, and leaders who understand what it takes to develop the whole student-athlete.
- Director
Nicole Riscica
A former four-year NCAA women’s basketball player at SUNY Brockport,
Riscica served as a team captain and earned SUNYAC All-Academic honors. She holds degrees in Physical Education and Curriculum & Instruction, along with extensive coaching, athletic administration, NCAA eligibility, and athlete-development training. She has spent more than two decades working in education, teaching students from elementary through high school while also serving in roles including Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, Director of School Culture, Adapted PE Consultant, experiential-learning supervisor, and athletic-program administrator.
That combination of experiences is at the heart of Fort Lauderdale United Basketball.

Let's explore the opportunity
We are currently meeting with selected organizations to discuss becoming founding members of the Fort Lauderdale United Basketball Club. During your consultation, we’ll discuss:
- Your current program
- Your goals for future growth
- How the affiliation model works
- Operational support provided by Fort Lauderdale United
- Expectations for affiliated programs
- Next steps for joining the club
There is no obligation — just an opportunity to learn how your program can benefit from joining one of South Florida’s newest and most exciting basketball organizations. We are taking consultation immediately. Our first 10 clubs/ teams will be part of our “Grassroots” Program.
One club. opportunity. One standard. Unlimited
Together, we can create a basketball organization that provides exceptional experiences, develops outstanding young athletes, and establishes Fort Lauderdale United Basketball as one of South Florida’s premier destinations for youth basketball.
